Tai Chi Morning Class

Thai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and health benefits such as improving balance, fall prevention, general healthcare in older people and enhancing psychological health. Thai Chi is an exercise that is for all ages and abilities and it is a low impact and slow motion exercise that can be easily adapted for anyone, from the most fit people confined to wheelchairs or recovering from surgery.

Date: Tuesdays mornings or Wednesday afternoons
Time: 8.30am - 9.30am or 4.00pm to 5.00pm
Cost: $5 per session
