On completion of this hands-on course, you will have the skills and knowledge required to apply good hygiene practices within a range of service industry operations.  You will be able to:
* follow hygiene procedures and identify hazards
* report any personal health issues
* prevent food and other item contamination
* prevent cross contamination by washing hands
