Lifestyle Courses – Wellbeing

Living & Learning Pakenham is proud to offer a range of wellbeing classes to nourish your mind, body and soul.

These classes promote healthy living through exercise, relaxation and meditation.

All our classes are delivered by qualified and experienced group leaders who are passionate about what they do and who go out of their way to make the sessions welcoming and fun.

Many of our wellbeing classes can be taken individually. Come along for a single class, or sign up for a term. Prices are kept reasonable.
